I have delt with many used dealers on Long Island and decided to travel to New Rochelle for my truck purchase. Their price, service and quality were better than anyone could offer me on Long Island. I got a deal that I am proud to tell my friends about. The truck has everything promised and I feel like a winner for the first time ever buying a used car! I just recently bought an SUV from Bianco Auto Sales. I dealt with Ed the Sales Manager, and everyone was very nice. They seemed to be very friendly and straightforward with the whole process. Now that my wife and I are empty nesters, we decided we wanted an exotic sports car. We rode by Bianco Auto Sales many times and admired the beautiful unbelievable selection that they always have on there wanted an exotic sports car. I was apprehensive to buy a pre-owned exotic car but I did not want to spend the money that a new one would cost. My wife and I decided to stop there and we couldn't believe we found an almost brand new mercedes that was exactly what we were looking for but for a fraction of what it would have cost us had we purchased it new. The staff was courteous, professional and took the time to answer even my wife's most tedious questions. When we picked up the car, the process was pleasurable and smooth. I have recommended them to many of my friends. ps. all our neighbors think it's a new one!!! More

I bought a car from them, the owner said he would "vouch" for the car because his "wife drove it for ages" I had numerous problems they promised they would fix, tail lights were out the day I bought it, tire for the car because his "wife drove it for ages" I had numerous problems they promised they would fix, tail lights were out the day I bought it, tires claimed to be brand new, windshield wipers were scraping windows, they refused to get me another copy of the key, and my family now has fraud problems. As a lady, I have never been more disrespected. They lie about their warranty & take advantage of woman. DON'T EVER BUY FROM BIANCO! More

I bought a used Mercedes E320 & after 1 week the car's front axles were cracked & leaking. Bianco Auto Sales refused to fix them under their 30 day 1000 mile warranty. DO NOT buy anything from them car's front axles were cracked & leaking. Bianco Auto Sales refused to fix them under their 30 day 1000 mile warranty. We bought a car from this dealer about a year ago. They were very helpful when they sold the car to us. But we started having problems with the car right away. When we got back to them about these issues, were very helpful when they sold the car to us. But we started having problems with the car right away. When we got back to them about these issues, they repaired the car for us at our own cost. Then the car didnt start again and when we called back, Ed answers back saying this is what happens when we buy a used car. We should expect these kind of repairs on a continuous basis. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More
