Please note that the following: 1. I am not hiding - wrote a public review! 2. I am not making "Slanderous" comments - I did write an honest review! 3. I have explained the situation to GM 4. I have explained the situation to BBB 5. I met twice with the General Manager Diana Devaney - during our last meeting Ms Devaney agreed to resolve the issue/write a check for $800. Check was never issued. Here is an excerpt from the emails I received instead: from James Castro: " I’m sorry you are unhappy, as we also discussed that day, it is very common to get out of the lease a few months early. I hope this does not damage our relationship" jim"

Sure, please forgive me for having doubts and reservations. The issue is simple - the dealership did not rectify the situation when I contacted you several times before - so again are you going to write me a check for $800.00 since you did not issue the check you promised? Just wanna make sure that we understand what we are agreeing to! Thank you

I do understand - but I also hope you understand that the dealership had the opportunity to resolve this outstanding issue many times, unfortunately it choose to completely brush it under the carpet, and this time is not different. I learned my lesson - Over promised and under delivered! I am not an expert but #1 goal of any dealership should be customer satisfaction & customer trust and loyalty. In mho it is much more expensive to acquire new customers than retaining the customers you already have. Again, just my honest humble opinion. If you really wanna resolve this - kindly respond in the public forum, with the commitment to compensate me and issue the "promised check" for $800.00. Then we can discuss any further details in private. Thank you

After contacting management I was told that I would have to tow the car from Pennsylvania to new York at my own expensive to have them look at the Car, for them to determine if they would fix it. Dianna that says she is the sales manager hung the phone up on me. This is awful customer service. Stay away from this dealership, there is no emphaty on their behalf.
