Bical Chevrolet

I recently purchased a 2011 Hyundai sonata from bical Chevrolet on July the 8th. A couple of days later I noticed some noises while driving. I bring the car back on the 15th and they tell me due to staf Chevrolet on July the 8th. A couple of days later I noticed some noises while driving. I bring the car back on the 15th and they tell me due to staffing I have to come back in a couple of days. On the 17th on my way to the dealership, the check engine light comes on! After looking at it, they tell me there's a problem with the axle. Then they basically tell me that there's nothing they can do for me and to just take it to a Hyundai dealer because it's still under warranty with Hyundai. Hyundai tells me that they can't do anything until Monday the 22nd. So now I'm out of a car until Monday. No loner no nothing! I feel that bical Chevrolet could of treated me better because they know they sold me a bad car just only last week! This also tells me that they lied to me saying that they serviced the car which they didn't. Had they serviced it, it would've came up! My experience was horrible and I do not recommend this place to ANYONE! More

I came to the dealership for an issue i was experiencing on my 2009 chevy traverese. The dealership was unhappy to hear that one of their trucks was giving a customer a hard time. I was told to speak too Ms. Nathalie about getting trying to get a different vehicle. Natalie (sales rep) and Anthony (sales Manager) sat together and helped me out. I was able to get a 2013 Chevy Equinox 0 miles and i was still able to keep the 2009 chey traverese. I want to thank nathalie for the help she spent all day with me seeing as though i was very upset when i walked through the doors of the dealership. Nathalie could of left me and went with another customer but from 10 am sat morning to 5pm sat night. she was with me woking on a deal that would satisfy me as the customer.
