After me spending almost 6 hours try Michael was absolutely great getting me set up and running with some of the technical aspects of my new Explorer. After me spending almost 6 hours trying to figure out how to set up my phone and Ipod, I when in to see Michael. In less than 5 minutes he had me up and running. He showed me just how simple the setup process is. He was so friendly and understanding of my questions about the instrumentation inside the car. Thanks so much Michael! Told there was no appointment made. Made another for the 15th - only to show up on 15th to be told it was on the 8th. otherwise friendly, wash the car when service, loaners available etc but the screw ups a bit too much. More

This time our sales rep was David, a 30 year member of the Bickford team. He was more than helpful, even though the showroom was very busy that day. In between test driving 4 different vehicles we never had to go looking for him. He also recommended we have Michael show us how to navigate through all the bells and whistles of the car's electronics. He was personable, and made it easy to understand how to use all of the new technologies. I have been happily confident in using what he taught me. I am very impressed. They both get an A++++ from me. More
