Without his assistance we would not h Matt Rice, Bickford Ford, explained the high technology built into our new 2015, Super Crew, 4WD, F-150 Lariat. Without his assistance we would not have been able to operate 10% of the valuable and desirable features. He was patient, thorough, answered every question and addressed every one of our concerns. Additionally, Matt Rice provided the required input and programmed the software to operate the way we need it. He also configured software to keep track of the truck maintenance requirements and enabled us to call up reports, on command, so we can schedule service when it is timely to do so. Because of Matt's performance, I would recommend Bickford Ford to any new car or truck buyer. More importantly, our future new vehicle purchases will be at Bickford Ford. Matt Rice's technological knowledge and skill is truly outstanding and his effort created one of the best experiences in 40 years of new motor vehicle purchases..
