I’m still in a bad mood from having to constantly call the dealership for information on the status of my car which was there 10 days & ended up with just a simple inspection. I know classic cars are a di the dealership for information on the status of my car which was there 10 days & ended up with just a simple inspection. I know classic cars are a different breed and may need more time to check things over but this was excessive, in my opinion. It seemed like I was being passed from one team member to another, always with my initiating the conversation. Bickford has received high marks from me in the past and that satisfaction kept me coming back; not so this time. Someone kept dropping the customer communication ball big time. More
