She answered all of our questions even after we had asked them over and over! Also she was super nice and approachable! Not pushy or only care about getting a sale, she cared about selling us a reliable car! We got a great deal on the vehicle also everyone that was working was very professional and didn’t make us wait lot at all! I have also asked to have the GAP insurance to be removed from the finance paperwork and Mark in finance said he would send me forms to filled, STILL WAITING!!! Maybe you truly don't care how the deal goes AFTER the ink dries on the paperwork. I welcome a call from the General Manager from this "dealership" but I am sure from the service we have received so far he sit behind his desk instead of leading a company with dignity and respect. More
