First thing. Internet specials are a big lie. Actually radio ads were lies to. You have to qualify for all rebates, which is probably .1% of the population. We called an agent about their radio ad that's been playing over and over offering 0% for 60 months on the car that we wanted. It wasn't on their website but she said she found it and $1000 cash back. We went in and basically they didn't stand by this offer that we were given over the phone and heard on the radio. We had to fight hard with the sales manager to get this price we were expecting they offered. We hashed out a deal to go with their 1.9% apr but the owner still said no. Fact is, this place uses bait and switch tactics and seem unwilling to negotiate completely fair deals. They lie to you while playing christian music over their radio. More

Do not waste your time!! We found a Kia Sorento online that had the V-6 we were looking for and a 3rd row seat. I called and talked to Shane in the internet sales department and asked him if it had the r that had the V-6 we were looking for and a 3rd row seat. He finally calls back and says, after doing some digging it does have 3rd row air. So I load up our 3 kids and drive over 4 hours and when we get there they don't have a single V-6 with AC on the lot!! Shane flat out lied just to get us on the lot and then tells us we should just buy a 2014....whats another 20k? After we told him no then the search was on to find us any xxx to get us to buy something from them. We told them we will tell everyone we know to STAY AWAY!!! We went to Primeaux Kia in Tulsa and got a really nice Sorento. They were great to deal with and we highly recommend them! More

My husband I responded to an internet ad posted on Sunday, July 7th that claimed a Big Red Sports and Imports selling a Chevy Equinox that we'd been looking at was the "perfect third row vehicle". He called the dealership to confirm the information on Monday. He spoke with Jeremy who confirmed the information and we started making plans to head to Norman on Tuesday, the 9th from our home in Broken Arrow to view the car and probably buy it. We were in touch with insurance, lenders, etc. setting everything up and also got a baby sitter for our two small children, left work early and headed 100+ miles to Norman. All of the sales people knew this and that we were coming in from out of town. Their communication was poor to say the least over the phone, but that was the car we'd been looking at, so we still headed there. Once we got there, within 2 minutes we saw that the car did NOT in fact have a 3rd row seat. Jeremy hadn't even gone to look at the car when my husband called specifically to confirm that the day before. They fell all over themselves apologizing and acted like they were going to make it right. They pulled up the internet ad to find that it DID in fact say that the car had a 3rd row seat and had that as the main heading on the advertisement. They said they were taking it down immediately. We walked the lot to find another car b/c they said they'd make us a deal. At one point our "sales man" left us for 30 minutes when we asked him to check a price on something. They wouldn't budge from their prices, even though they made us wait around 1.5 hours promising us they'd "make it right" with us and make our trip work our while. They promised us they'd buy our gas- they ended up topping our full tank of us gas off. Ha! Finally, this morning my husband went back on their website and saw the same ad bragging a third row seat on a car that has none REPOSTED at 3:42 this morning. Terrible, terrible. Please don't waste your time. Despite our bad experience due to our travel and inconvenience, the facility is dirty and cluttered and atmosphere is stereo typical "used carsalesmany". Places like this make me sick. More

Let me just say at first I wasnt happy however Big Red pulled through and got me financed on my own and went ABOVE AND BEYOND expectations to make me happy. They made it a smooth transition over and I ended up with a great payment and awesome rate that no one else would have gotten me! THANK YOU BIG RED i highly recommend them!! More

I was looking for my girlfriend a car for school and found one at Big Red Sport/Imports. I talked to Brandon on the phone about trading in my girlfriends car for a used one. Told him everything about the car(make, model, year, and mileage) and then told him the car that she wanted. He told me that she was approved for the loan, didn't need a down payment, and could get her in the car as soon as we get there. So we drove two hours to be told he doesn't deal with anyone in person but a sales person will. We also found out that nothing he said was true. They didn't see if she was approved for a loan, they said the car we were trading in wasn't worth much(which I know it is) and then wanted a $3000 down payment. We gave them the exact same information there as we did over the phone, apparently you have to drive two hours to see if they are being truthful or not. We were lied too and drove two hours for nothing, horrible experience. Buy from someone else!!! They will screw you over!!!! I wouldn't even spit in their direction!!!!!! More

They told me nothing but lies to get me to drive over 2 hours to get a car just to try to get me to pay THOUSANDS of dollars more and then tell had.
