I’m not usually one to leave a bad review, but I feel the need to warn others. I took my car to Big Star Buick to change a few recalled parts. He was rude and almost made it seem like I was lying. After several attempts to reach his manager, I finally spoke to someone named Chris who seemed genuine. He had me waste my time towing the car to the closest dealership where my car had stopped, saying he would work something out with them.
