I brought my vehicle in for check engine warning light and a noise it makes upon cold starts in the morning. The kept my vehicle two weeks. They had not loaner vehicles. I understand if you are understaffed and cannot get to my vehicle. Tell me up front and I will gladly take you elsewhere.
