I was not pleased with this visit. I paid in full for 3 oil change service, vehicle wash and rotate tires future visits. Vehicle was not washed, a muddy paper mat was left in vehicl I paid in full for 3 oil change service, vehicle wash and rotate tires future visits. Vehicle was not washed, a muddy paper mat was left in vehicle driver side, right back tire was at 37 - left back tire was at 36 - two front tires was at 35 pressure. Not sure if my tires was rotated or other services done. The oil gauge did state it was at 100% and no longer needing servicing. This is the first time receiving half done service from Big Star Buick. I don't know why. More
