Big Star Buick GMC took care of my daughter’s vehicle. It required a back-ordered part, but they did well communicating so we knew when the part was available then they worked with us to perform the work. We appreciated the scheduling flexibility. More
Very happy with the service. Had a squeak coming from the alternator... got it replaced. Happy with oil change. Price was reasonable - I am satisfied. Had a squeak coming from the alternator... got it replaced. Happy with oil change. Price was reasonable - I am satisfied. More

I will not go anywhere else to buy our vehicles. Great experience, no pressure, easy to work with A+ experience. Thank you. Cheers Matt More
As soon as I entered I was given a warm welcome by the staff at the front and immediately greeted by salesman Fernando! This was very nice because I went to other GMC dealerships around houston and did no staff at the front and immediately greeted by salesman Fernando! This was very nice because I went to other GMC dealerships around houston and did not have the same experience; I waited a long time and even left because no salesman or anyone had approached me. Claimed they added the truck liner and tinted the windows. I could this to be false. It was a way for the dealership to tack on extra price. The truck liner was old, it had manufacturer stickers comi windows. I could this to be false. It was a way for the dealership to tack on extra price. As far as my service went my truck is running smoothly and all the service messages have been cleared so I am happy with the service. My question is the amount of time it took to get my truck back. I br and all the service messages have been cleared so I am happy with the service. My question is the amount of time it took to get my truck back. I brought it in on Thursday, January 18 @ 8:45 am per my appointment. Tim Day plugged in his OBDII to my truck and diagnosed a misfire on cylinder 2 with a bad injector. I asked him how long he thought the repair would be. He told me if he had the injector in stock it possibly could be complete at the end of the day. I felt like it would more likely be Friday. I didn't hear from him Thursday so I texted him on Friday around 10 am I didn't get a response so I called him later that day to find out the status. After about a 10 minute hold he answered. He told me a mechanic had been assigned and that the diagnosis would cost something like $180 if they find that mice had gotten into the wiring and chewed on it. He told me he had seen it many times in his 30 years. I told him there were no mice or rats near my house and that would be very unlikely. I felt like he was looking for an opportunity to charge me for what should be an original warranty repair for a 2022 Sierra with 21,000 miles. I asked him if if would be done prior to the weekend. I was told no, so I asked about a loaner vehicle for the weekend since this was a warranty repair. I was told there were 45 people ahead of me for loaners. I don't know how true that was but clearly I wasn't going to get one. I called back Monday about 11 am and spoke to a female service rep (didn't get her name) and she called my vehicle up on her computer and told me it was a bad injector but the part was in stock. I asked if I would get it back today (Monday) and she said once the injector was replaced they needed to see if that cleared the service messages so most likely I wouldn't get it back until Tuesday. I called Tim on Tuesday and he said they had replaced the injector and found a bad Engine Control Module that had to be replaced. He said it should be ready Tuesday afternoon. He called around 3 pm and said it was ready. My only concern is why did a worst case 2 day repair take 4 days? I was seriously considering buying an GM extended warranty but am concerned about extended repair times with no loaner vehicles. More
My salesman was awesome. He listen and helped me get what I needed. Financing made it work. Allowed me to keep my current car for my son and his family.
