I have to say I think Big Star Buick GMC has gotten better and faster at the service they give when your vehicle has to go in for any maintenance from what I can remember from a year to 2 years ago. Got ghosted after servicing my truck. Sent it in for a recall and an ac issue. Was told it could be 3 to 5 days top by service people. 2 months later, finally got my truck back. After several attempts to get it taken care of, I got ghosted. 2nd service after tire rotation. I received my truck with a missing lug nut. Reported it and got ghosted after trying to get issue taken care of. More
