**BUYERS BEWARE** Big Star Buick GMC-Baytown adds a no value charge called "Other Aftermarkets" of $3,995 to every used car. You get NO physical additions , it a profit markup. This charge is NEVER mentioned. This charge is hidden underneath a two part form when you are negotiating a price. It only shows up when you are ready to pay and then it is way down on the form. It is added to the value of your sales price on the 130U Form. We missed it and we are still kicking ourselves over it, we would have refused and ran. It is very covert and unfair. We caught it minutes after leaving the dealership and called but they said "too bad you signed". We have written Scott Kimbrough, General Manager several times over the issue but he ignores us. Please read the reviews of the dealership, this charge is mentioned many times by other reviewers. Imagine the folks they never even noticed it at all. Stay away from Big Star to avoid the Big Charge. More

Purchased 2024 Denali 1ton broke down in 7 days out of state. Then my truck completely shut down at 9 days with only 2904 miles on the way home. Very unhappy with handling of this situation. With spending $96,000 on a vehicle and no return phone call is unacceptable. Must less it breaking down - Will not purchase a GMC or any other vehicle from this dealership again. Do not recommend anyone to either. After they get your signature they are done with you. More

Absolutely the worst service I have ever gotten from a dealership. From grease all over my car interior to wrong tires and now an oil light on just after oil change.
