On 09/24/2024, I took my 2015 Buick Enclave into your dealership to get the driver side airbag replaced. I sat for 2 hours before the service person came to tell me that they didn’t have the part for my car. I was told that the part would be ordered and it should be in 3 days and I would a text. More than one month has passed, I have not heard from the dealership. I have tried for several months to get the airbag replaced. I left three messages on a complaint phone number and I have heard from anyone. More
