I did not like that I had to leave my vehicle there 3 days leaving me to borrow someone else car. Staff was nice and did their best with what they have. I found the 2024 AT4 I wanted and I liked the Big Star price on the dealer's website as compared to other dealers. After an inquiry, Manny contacted me immediately. He responded to all of my questions via price on the dealer's website as compared to other dealers. After an inquiry, Manny contacted me immediately. He responded to all of my questions via email or text for a week or so. When I finally went to the dealership, we came to terms and I left in a new loaner until the new truck was ready. It is nice to see that some dealers actually want to sell vehicles instead of trying to sell at MSRP as the pandemic pricing is long gone. T Ivey More
