Service department sucks, they tried to find every reason not to cover the warranty or perform simple service checks. Can't return calls about service. Pretty poor attempt at service in general. I found the 2024 AT4 I wanted and I liked the Big Star price on the dealer's website as compared to other dealers. After an inquiry, Manny contacted me immediately. He responded to all of my questions via email or text for a week or so. When I finally went to the dealership, we came to terms and I left in a new loaner until the new truck was ready. It is nice to see that some dealers actually want to sell vehicles instead of trying to sell at MSRP as the pandemic pricing is long gone. T Ivey More
My truck is 3 weeks old and only has 2100 miles yet they could not offer me a loaner vehicle because they weren’t sure my vehicle is under warranty. How could it not be.
