Big Star Buick GMC service department has done a really good job servicing my vehicle. I don’t like that it’s very difficult near impossible to speak to an actual service advisor when trying to schedule se good job servicing my vehicle. It’s necessary occasionally to determine cost estimates and time to perform service. Leaving messages is a waste of time, they never callback. This has happened more than once. I have had issues with my interior being dirty after every service. I have light interior which has been explained and grease residue is left each time. Last time grease was left on floormats so I sent every service. I have light interior which has been explained and grease residue is left each time.
