Purchasing My First Cadillac I expressed an interest in a vehicle online and Lydia responded to me quickly. She was very concerned when I was unable to definitely schedule an appo I expressed an interest in a vehicle online and Lydia responded to me quickly. She was very concerned when I was unable to definitely schedule an appointment because my father was in the hospital. During her communications, she asked my father's name so that she could include him in her prayers by name. This was very much appreciated. Meeting Lydia in person was all that I expected it to be. She was knowledgeable and made sure that all of our questions were answered. She worked with us to ensure that we purchased the car that we wanted. There was never any aggressive selling, just making sure that we was satisfied. More

He was very down to earth, respectful, honest and was very helpful through the whole process. The customer service was superb. Mo is also highly knowledgeable sales person and he worked hard to get me a great deal with additional packages for the car. The Santa Fe Sports drives great with high gas mileage. We are very happy and would like to recommend Moe and Ron Carter for your next Hyundai purchase!!!!!! Shockingly Inept The dealership had an XLS listed at a fantastic price. I called, spoke with Laurie and she said they still had the car. I wanted to pay cash but didn' The dealership had an XLS listed at a fantastic price. I called, spoke with Laurie and she said they still had the car. I wanted to pay cash but didn't have enough in my checking acct so I cashed in a cd when I got off the phone--before maturity and was penalized--but I thought the deal good enough to warrant the loss. My 90 year old mother with Alzheimer's lives with me and I had to arrange for someone to stay with her while I went to buy the car. When I got the dealership I was informed after about 45 minutes that the car was not there and had been sold. I informed the salesman (Michael Williams) that it was plain that I was wasting my time and left. He caught me at my car and assured me they could offer me a similar deal on another car. After about another 30 minutes a man who identified himself as the general sales manager (I believe Jimmy Mauricio) announced that he was now on the case (insinuating all would now be well). His idea of a similar deal was one in which I was to pay over $10,000 more than the price for the car I came to buy. In other words, a gang of jokers. More
