Ive had the same issues with another service center which is why I switched. Thankfully I was given a loaner vehicle which was always an issue at the other service center. Paid almost $400 for new key fob. I did not think my two 4 year old key fobs were the issue. It still has intermittant no key fob detected. Wrote email to V.
