No appointments available for a week for simple, preventative care and "check engine" light. Took Escalade in first thing on following Monday, wasn't warned that no one would look at it until Thursd preventative care and "check engine" light. Took Escalade in first thing on following Monday, wasn't warned that no one would look at it until Thursday - no car in the meantime. Friday pick-up, cost more than 3k to replace some hoses and belts. Two weeks later, without any cause, "check engine" and "check suspension" notices reappear. Tried to notify them, but don't have another two weeks to wait, so, seeking another service center. While they are personally courteous, unless the staff happens to be on another call while you're standing there, I don't recommend them. I can get a $100,000 vehicle worked on by people who will be concerned about it. More
