I put my Jeep in your shop 10/29/2024 for warranty repairs. I had to rent a car so that I could get to and from work while repairs were being made. It took your facility 2 1/2 weeks to complete my rep repairs. I had to rent a car so that I could get to and from work while repairs were being made. It took your facility 2 1/2 weeks to complete my repairs. The rental car cost me over $1,000! I explained how much the rental was costing me to my service advisor many times during the process. It fell on deaf ears. On top of all this, Big Star advertises that they have rental cars customers can use while repairs are being made. Only problem is, they NEVER have cars readily available. This is unacceptable. I know exactly what is being done. Jeep is trying to make it so difficult to get warranty repairs done in the hopes people will give up and pay out of pocket to get their vehicle back. Upon checking my vehicle in, I was informed my my advisor that the company my lifetime warranty is through is now under another company and they are taking up to 2 weeks to approve repairs. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER JEEP OR CHRYSLER VEHICLE AGAIN. I CAN ASSURE YOU OF THAT. More
I have a Jeep Commander 2007 for which I purchased a lifetime warranty that Mopar offered at that time. Dorena and Ike helped me repair the Jeep under warranty. Now Dorena and Ike are gone , and I can' lifetime warranty that Mopar offered at that time. Dorena and Ike helped me repair the Jeep under warranty. The service rep that I had was very helpful and kept me informed through the repair that I needed to have on my vehicle through out the process. He was very up front about how long it would take and even w informed through the repair that I needed to have on my vehicle through out the process.
