The Service Advisor that worked with me to address my problem was willing to look beyond the "first answer" that the manual suggested to find the real problem. Big Star Ford kept my fully operational car for nine days to do diagnostics for an extended warranty possible repair without communicating with me. When I asked for the car back, it could no longer start and to do diagnostics for an extended warranty possible repair without communicating with me. When I asked for the car back, it could no longer start and required towing to another dealer and $7000 to repair. Do not trust them with your car or truck. More
