Service employees do not introduce themselves to customers and inform them what position they hold. Then another employee will ask if first person did a specific task but I wouldn't know because I customers and inform them what position they hold. I wait in the dealership while work is being done because I live almost 20 miles away. And now I wait half a day for my vehicle. That is all kinds of wrong. An oil change should be quick even if I agree to a few small maintenance tasks. That should have only been an additional 30 minutes. And service did not advise me they communicate via text and videos to inform me of progress. Again, this lack of communication and lack of detailed customer service is disrespectful and assumes too much. More
