I would give no stars if it would let me. Phil, who is supposedly the service department manager, has had my vehicle, not once, not twice, but three times for the exact same issue. I bought this truck from Big Star because it was supposed to be a good deal and service was supposed to have been completed. Less than a year and the transmission starts slamming into gear and getting stuck in gear. Take the truck in to Phil, pay for a repair, he swears it's fixed. Less than 6 months later exact same issue, but this time they keep my truck for over 2 months, I have to hunt them down because no one will give me an update, and when I finally get my truck back, it's less than 2 weeks before I start having the exact same issue! Now it's supposedly a different part and going to cost more money to fix. SHADY actions throughout the time I've been dealing with Big Star Service. DO NOT GO here if you need your vehicle actually fixed, they'll xharge you thousands of dollars and not fix the problem, and then act like it's your fault that they cannot do their jobs. More
