Why they call it SERVICE DEPARTMENT is beyond me. I’ve had several recalls on my 2020 Explorer. But they ONLY do the recall fixes over night. Another time I made an appointment for an oil change at 3:30pm. I showed up at 3:15 and saw my vehicle go up on the rack at 4:30. It came down at 5:15 and I had to wait in a line of others to pay my bill. They have done away with the Cashier dept so the service scheduler now handled payments AND incoming service work. In addition, I looked at buying my Explorer from them due to the proximity to my home. When they handed me the quote, there was a $2000 line item entitled OTHER FINANCIAL AFTERMARKETS. I asked what that was and was told only that they include it on all of their quotes. Then I asked them for the quote to take with me and they refused. More
