The only paperwork provided was in the glove box for proof of registration, until the hard plates arrive. I spoke with the finance company and they said I should have been provided this from the dealership. 2. I was rushed to sign everything from the finance manager on a big digital board and only briefly told what I was signing up for. I was told this was because they were extremely busy and this was to speed up the process of me being able to leave. 3. I was not told or given an option about signing up for an extra option through a 3rd party for an anti theft protection. I would not have signed up for this. 4. Again, I received no copies of anything that I signed on the digital board. I signed these documents the day before I picked up the vehicle. Had I received the documents I would have had a chance to review them and a chance to decline this anti theft option. 5. I am going to see what legal options I have one this part. I hope that you record sessions in the finance department. 6. There was small damage on the back of the car and the sales person said they would have this fixed before I picked up the car. Had a great experience with my salesman Leo and manager which I don’t remember his name sorry but he was very helpful and worked with me to get me to the best possible monthly note on my Pilot EX-L. Negative -5 STARS!! Car posted on Big Star Honda website for $15,488. Called before we made the almost hour drive to confirm the posted price AND to confirm there were NO other mandatory dealer fees. We wer for $15,488. Called before we made the almost hour drive to confirm the posted price AND to confirm there were NO other mandatory dealer fees. We were told “yes, that is correct price and no, I’ll take care of you” by salesman King Leo who asked when we could be there and said he would have the car ready for us upon arrival. When we got there we test drove the car, THEN were told it was not able to be sold yet as it had not yet been serviced or inspected. We asked if we should wait and were told to come back the following day. Upon arrival the second time we were presented with a sales price including $3,200 of dealer charges which they then refused to remove. These charges did not included regular TTL, which we were of course fine to pay. After talking with them for 45 min the best they offered was to remove all the extra dealer charges except the $995 dealer prep fee. Totally dishonest unethical business practices. I would stay away. We walked on principle. Will just find another car somewhere that operates a more honest operation. More

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Worst dealership I’ve ever been to. Avoid this place like the plague. Ruth Frias was very unprofessional and a liar. I was forced to use their bank because they were going to charge me the full price for things I didn’t need. They also were double dipping, trying to charge me for the same thing twice. Finally after negotiating with Ruth, it was on to the next circus act. The finance department. Juan Garza is the worst employee here. Trying to sell the extended warranties at the expense of shaming me with sarcasm and guilt. Juan is skilled in deception and belittling people. The only reason I didn’t walk away was because they were the only dealership that had this car. More
