After complaining about the bait-and-switch tricks with used cars, we got a call from the General Manager, Scott Kimbrough. The car was removed from inventory, and I was told to come pick it up on Monday morning. However, when we went to pick up the car on Monday, nobody knew what we were talking about, and they eventually claimed that the vehicle was sold as the last deal done on Saturday night. Even as car dealerships go, these guys are the worst - just awful from top to bottom. They deserve every one of the dozens of 1-star reviews below, and you should not have anything to do with them. U traded nna Buick LaCrosse that is in great condition so if you are interested n the market for a used car, go down and ask for Tyler or Arin and they will hook you up! More
I had a 12:30pm appt to test drive a specific vehicle we discussed earlier in the morning. At 12:45 the sales person finally greeted me stating she was with another client so would have another person hand discussed earlier in the morning. He didn’t look. Asked me what I was interested in & I explained the appt for the specific vehicle. He informed me there was no trim package I was describing. I explained to him it was a 2019 car…he assumed I was there for a new vehicle. Again, never checked the available information. He went to get the keys and told me the vehicle had been loaned to someone and want available to drive, but I could still buy it. Huh? Really? It may have been exactly what I was seeking but they won’t get my money. Sales person was Erik. More
Final Update: They made up for the confusion and didnt budge to get to the numbers we could agree on. Will update rating once everything is completed. UPDATE 3/30/21: Manager called me and they had made an error on their end and removed that car that no longer is on the lot Original Post 1 Star: READ PLEASE. If they ask you to come in without giving you info on the car (Vin or stock number) ASK FIRST. Almost went in to get a better OTD off from another dealership and I did some my research on my end to find out the Elantra they have is a SALVAGE TITLE. The audacity to not tell me is wrong and bad business. I left a voicemail for the GM. I turned the down an offer because they said they can do better. More
This place is terrible. I had an appointment to test drive a car. Waited over 30 minutes and no one came over so I left. Went back a few days later because I was actually interested in the car. It had a flat so I made another appointment to come back and they were supposed to have it ready for me to test drive. When I went for the second appointment, not only was the car not ready, they had me down to test drive a completely different car. And I was essentially told they use bait and switch tactics. I believe they never had any intention of trying to sell me the car. I explained where I wanted my payments to be and I guess my business wasn't worth their time. They never quoted me a real price because according the person I spoke with they purposely advertise their vehicles at the lowest market price in order to get people in the door. They have no intention of actually selling the vehicles at the advertised price. They have a disclaimer about a "market adjustment" so I guess that makes it legal? Regardless, they never offered me an actual price, gave me a trade-in value or made any effort whatsoever. I can only assume they have so much business that mine wasn't important to them at all. Please don't waste your time here. I tried to give them a second chance and shame on me for doing so. More
Made an appt to test drive a car on Sat. Went there and was told the car was being serviced since they just got it in and not ready to test drive but would let me know when it was ready. Called Friday to see if we could make another appt for Sat and was told the car sold on Thursday. Very very very poor CS. I let them know I was paying cash and this was going to be a birthday gift for my daughter and they just did not care. Left a message with the manager with no call back! Very disappointed More
I was given an appointment to test drive a Porsche Macan on 3/18/22. When I reached there after a 45 min drive and then my daughter, who also drove 45 minutes from her workplace to test drive the car togeth on 3/18/22. When I reached there after a 45 min drive and then my daughter, who also drove 45 minutes from her workplace to test drive the car together, making me wait for an hour or so, and after much confusion about where the car actually was, I was told that the car was not even on the lot. It was in fact at the Porsche dealership awaiting a part from Germany to pass the state inspection or something??!! After expressing my total disappointment to the sales person Randol without much success, I spoke to the manager who also basically just apologized for the car not being there, with no regard for the inconvenience caused to me and my daughter for driving 45 minutes to test drive the vehicle, with a scheduled appointment! I had gone there with my check book, with the intention to actually purchase the car, but with the disappointing experience that I had, I told the staff there that I would never set my foot on their dealership ever again. How can the sales people be giving appointments to the potential customers to test drive vehicles that are not even at their lot!! A simple concept that this dealership does not understand! More
