It has been a nightmare, I could go on and on about the long list of things that have gone wrong here, but I won't bore you with the details. The bottom line is that my car WHILE IT WAS IN THE SHOP, was wrecked by a mechanic, an employee of theirs, who was DRIVING A CAR WITHOUT BRAKES! (This alone says a lot about the quality of mechanics they have working on our vehicles) They consistently lied about having gotten in contact with my insurance company. They have consistently lied to me. Every time I am able to get a hold of them, I am told a COMPLETELY different story. Nothing matches and NOTHING makes sense. I have attempted to get in contact with SCOTT on several occasions. I have sent several e-mails and have requested that he call me. I have not heard a peep. It is very unfortunate that Ron Carter has this level of customer service. To this day, at this very moment, they still have my car and still, my car has not been fixed properly. I am writing this in hopes that someone will read this and stay away from this place. I have never had a worse customer service experience in my life. It's sad. Just sad. More

Unethical Shysters! (A person or business who uses unscrupulous, fraudulent, or deceptive methods in business.) Went on their website to get a quote to sell the Shysters! (A person or business who uses unscrupulous, fraudulent, or deceptive methods in business.) Went on their website to get a quote to sell them my car and it came back with a "Ron Carter Hyundai Offer" between 12K and 13K. I then received a phone call from a woman following up to see if I could bring the car in for further evaluation. I said I didn't want to drive an hour for them to low ball me and she assured me that I would receive at least what was already offered Plus an extra $500. I told her I would think about it and then decided to go there. I called her back and said I would bring the car by and again confirmed the offer with her. I drove the hour and Isreal took my keys to look at the car (which is in mint condition for its age). Then he had his manager look at the car before returning to present his offer. Well, turns out they could only offer 9k. When I showed him the offer from the website ( I did a screen shot) he said he didn't like that offer and that's all he could do. I asked to see the woman who contacted me and he said he didn't know her, she was in a call center and didn't know where it was. After I complained he said he would ask his manager to re-evaluate the bid but I didn't want to wait around for them to bump it up $50 or so I left to drive 50 miles home. Waste of time and bad experience with these people. I feel terrible for all the people they screw over and there were plenty of them that left negative reviews. I would give them no stars if I could. More

Spitting mad! I wanted to test drive a Palisade Limited and this dealer showed online they had two. I called to verify this and was told by Bonnie they did and set I wanted to test drive a Palisade Limited and this dealer showed online they had two. I called to verify this and was told by Bonnie they did and set up with an appointment the next morning. I drove 50 miles to the appointment and was told they didn’t have them and never did. I was told all the Palisade Limiteds that came in were already sold. The salesperson had a pitiful attitude. I will NEVER go back and will spread the word. More
Drove all the way to this lot from Spring, Texas after being told fair price for a used truck. Once I arrive they marked the truck up over $6,000!! The sales guy tried to charge me financing charges ($2 being told fair price for a used truck. Once I arrive they marked the truck up over $6,000!! The sales guy tried to charge me financing charges ($2,000 more than advertised cash price) when I told him I was paying Cash. Plus, apparently, when you finance through these guys you have to buy a $2,995 maintenance package and add to that an additional $1,475 in what is described as "Fees" Now to make the situation worse, when I told the sales guy this new price was way to high, he goes to his sales manager and gets only the $2,000 in finance fees removed and tells me that I must buy the $2,995 maintenance package even though I intend to pay Cash for the truck. At that point I decided that I wanted to speak with the manager, after speaking with the manager he agreed to drop the $2,995 maintenance package but not the $1,475 in "fees." When I asked what "fees" were, I was told it was all the maintenance (oil change was an example given) cleaning and repair that they did to the vehicle prior to my purchase. (be that I did purchase it) Problem I had with that was according to the dashboard info the truck only had 44% oil life left and I checked the oil and it was clearly not fresh. When I told the sales manager this detail he agreed to drop $75.00 from the $1,475 (he said that's what they charge for an oil change) At this point I felt as if I had been lied to and that they was attempting to hustle me. The lie being the oil change and original quote given over the phone, the Hustle Being the $2,000 financing charge + the $2,995 maintenance package when I said I would be paying cash. My opinion of this place is they deal with low income or bad credit families and take advantage of the family'' excitement of financing a good vehicle. More
