Horrible experience I was first of lead into a new vehicle when I wanted a certified preowned suv. Then when Inagreed to car I was told everything was ok then received un I was first of lead into a new vehicle when I wanted a certified preowned suv. Then when Inagreed to car I was told everything was ok then received unprofessional text on Wednesday evening asking twice if this was my phone and hat it was urgent that I contact the dealership. When I did I was told it was to resign paperwork as wrong vin had been put on contracts. I went on Friday one week to the date I had taken car before work and then told that the financial institution that was financing would only go forward if car that was totalled was at a 0 balance. Until then the dealership would have to take car. This was quite embarrassing. The only credit is that I was given a ride to work. And then yesterday I was confused when I received a call from that finance company wanting to finalize loan on car. I have begun documenting my story to share to the consumer reports on the local television stations to get the word out on this horrible experience More

You’ll get $250.00 in prepaid gift cards.,OK, roll the dice. Drive an hour. Eat some BBQ that was not great -nice potato salad. I never actually met Alex and had some nice Hispanic lady attend me. Typical jam store - where do you want you payments to be? I declined and test drove the Jeep. One of the lot boys had put it in 4,wheel drive I declined the Jeep. I didn’t get my prepaids, I emailed the GM and got no response either. Typical car sales. Tell any lie to get people in. 11/25/2017 After posting this review, Ron Carter contacted me and did all they could to make it right. I am going to attribute the chaos to how busy they were and, after they did what they promised, i am changing my review from 1 star to 4.
