2017 Hyundai Purchase Team worked very hard to assure financing was in order and paperwork was appropriate. Unfortunately I received a call from Mr. M Negrete 5/2/2017 that Team worked very hard to assure financing was in order and paperwork was appropriate. Unfortunately I received a call from Mr. M Negrete 5/2/2017 that I need to provide additional paperwork and they are have not received paperwork from a previous transaction from another dealer pertaining to a GAP issue that is out of my hands, but I have to do the leg work to get them to forward information requested by the bank or my loan will be rejected by the bank. I have not been contacted by the bank that finance the loan at all, since purchase. More
