The most Horrible Experience EVER!!! I submitted an online credit application and got an email from Teresa. I called her regarding the email. She told me that I was approve and to come in I submitted an online credit application and got an email from Teresa. I called her regarding the email. She told me that I was approve and to come in with with ID/ DL, proof of residency, and five references. I asked her how I have to put down. She said you don't have to bring anything unless you won't car note to be cheaper. We scheduled a visit for Saturday, 04/22/2017, for me to come in. She also mentioned that I will get 100.00 GC and free food. So as you can imagine, I was super excited and couldn't wait for that day. Got there. Asked for Teresa and set in the lobby for her. I waited 30 mins and a lady came out to tell me that I will be talking to Tommy. I waited another 30 mins and the same lady directed me to the back to talk to Alex. First of all this guy had a dry personality. He didn't seem excited and energetic about his job. He was quiet and Expected you to tell him things he should be asking. When he did say something, he pretty much was contradicting his self and would ask me the questions I had gave him answers on. On top of having a terrible salesman, I waited over 5 hours with my son just to be told the bank has my application in pending status. But the truth was, which was from my own observation, that my credit is crap and I didn't have enough money to drive off with their vehicle. I had whether been told that, than to wait 5, wasted, hours on nothing. Somebody who tries to sale you lies won't get far in any business. I wouldn't be writing this review if they had been brutally honest with me within the first hour of my visit. You only deserve the truth if you have good credit and a lot money in the bank...smh. More

A few days later I went in and he had everything ready for me to look at and test drive.
