Fantastic Experience James is so very knowledgeable and respectful at the same time. He never tried to belittle me with car jargon that I may or may not have been familiar James is so very knowledgeable and respectful at the same time. He made me feel like what I was doing was the right thing and that it was a terrific time to do it, which it was because it was the very last day of the month. He made me feel very comfortable with how it all went down from the greeting upon me stepping foot in the lobby all the way thru the next day when I actually came and got down to business and we hashed it out.
