I was contacted by email to schedule the visit to Ron Carter Dealer located at 18100 Gulf-freeway, Friendswood, TX 77546. After doing my homework and shopping around, I knew the deal that I needed to make things work for me. My son, my wife and I reached dealership site around 6pm on Saturday, March 18, 2017. The Salesperson and the manager who assisted me were Alexander Marroquin and Mike Chapa respectively. Both stayed late to wrap the deal up and to find the Red color vehicle of our choice. The new Santa Fe Sport 2017 was delivered to me the next business day. Alex is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to features of vehicles and exact coverage and details of Hyundai vehicle’s warranties. Alex gave us continuous commentaries on the features of vehicle during the test drive. He was friendly and patient in the whole process, and explicitly explained all the fees /taxes that might apply. Alex also remained in contact with me to make sure I get License plates and registration sticker for the new vehicle. I would like to give high praise to my salesperson Alex and sales manager Mike Chapa. Both were extremely professional. Thank you Alex! Thanks also go out to Sales Manager Mike Chapa for his assistance and for staying true to his word of delivering vehicle the next business day. In short, great staff and clean facility.
