Worst customer service I have encountered Beware and make sure you read your paper work with a fine tooth comb. Had to go back 4 times to resign paperwork (they keep forgetting to have me sign this and that etc..)it got a little fishy when the purchase amount had changed to finally read it over again and they tried to sneak different warranty and servies I orginally declined. As soon as I threatened to drop the car off they miraculously came up with the original paperwork from the first time. I also purchased my car in at night in the dark to find a cracked lense the next day I immediately brought it back and the sales guy and manager said sorry about your back luck. The car is purchased as is. More

Great experience We were referred to their dealership by our credit union and were helped by David Wishart and Tasos Karamitsos. We are experienced car buyers and took care of the pre-approval with our bank and made sure we had all of our documents in order before we headed to them, also had a vehicle in mind. Communication with David was made over email and he and his sales partner Tasos were excellent to deal with. They have a great waiting area with TV's, video games, complementary water and popcorn. We made our offers and got squared away just needed to wait to sign paperwork, we were told at 9 PM that we were next and we were not seen till close to 10:45 PM. That is the only issue we had, our daughters were with us and that made a late night for my whole family luckily that part only took about 15 minutes and we were out of there. If you are looking for a great sales team ask for David and Tasos, they made us feel very welcomed and like valued customers (Even while shopping with a toddler). We got a great vehicle at a great deal I'm not sure about these other reviews but our purchase certainly worked out for us.
