Con artist Went to look at a used car. Found out the prices online are for cash prices only. Was haggled for hours and they came down to the cash price. We only Went to look at a used car. We only agreed to sign papers to drive the car home for the evening found out we signed a contract the next day when we tried to return the car. Sales manager is a xxxxxxx and is treating my wife like xxxx. Never again would do business with them. I'll be sure to also make the biggest sticker to place on the back window of my SUV to proudly state the con artist they are. More

Over several weeks I had negotiated the price clearly with Veroni Today I had an awful experience at the Ron Carter dealership in Friendswood, Texas. Over several weeks I had negotiated the price clearly with Veronica Hewitt through emails while I was waiting for Volkswagen to buy back my diesel Jetta. Veronica sent me a quote for the price I would pay for the car when I got to the dealership. I called Veronica before I left the house to confirm that the price was what I would pay so there would be no surprises. She told me that the price quoted to me in writing was the highest price I would have to pay because I may qualify for some additional Hyundai discounts. I told her I would come to the dealership and buy a car today. I drove 40 minutes to get to the dealership and asked to see Veronica. Instead of seeing Veronica they sent me to a salesman. I explained to him the price that I was quoted and showed him the email. He completely ignored the quote and tried to sell me the car for several thousand higher than the quoted price. I told him I was not going to buy it for anything higher than what I was quoted. The salesman left for a long time and finally came back after I tried to find him. This time he said that he would sell me the car for the quoted price but I have to pay an extra 3700 dollars for some paint and interior treatment that was already done to the car I wanted. I got mad and told them I wanted to see Veronica so she could lie to my face instead of on the phone and in email. They said she couldn't come but they sent somebody else who would not honor the price quote either. I told them I didn't appreciate their shady tactics, xxxxxxxx games, and wasting my time. I left the Ron Carter dealership never to return. More
