Do not ask a customer what their payment plan goals and price ranges are if you do not intend to try and meet them in some way. I also researched my car's value through kelly blue book and car fax and was given almost $2,000 less than what both websites claimed was the trade in value. I should have printed out my reports before coming in to ensure a fair trade in price. More
