Once I decided which one I wished to purchase, Israel was very informative and answered all my questions. He was very patient with me, being an older than average car buyer. My only disappointment was the confusion regarding financing vs. paying cash. I was prepared to pay cash and after long conversation with finance person, felt like I was talked into financing the car as opposed to paying cash. Overall, so far I love my new car. More

Good deal but at a cost I went in to test drive a car I'd been researching to buy.
