I am a valued customer. Before I traveled to the dealership (which was not the closest dealership to my address), I filled out information on the website and I received a pho Before I traveled to the dealership (which was not the closest dealership to my address), I filled out information on the website and I received a phone call from the receptionist at the front door who assigned me to a sales person. That Sales person called me within 1 minute to find out how he could be of service to me and spoke to me about my interest. The sales person, Paul Jones was extremely profession on the phone and we determined a set meeting time. While I was late, due to traffic, Mr. Jones expressed his concern about traffic congestion and hoped I wasn't delayed for too long of a time and that my trip went well. (knowing I had to travel from a far distance. Relative to Houston traffic). I was greeted with a smile and a welcoming handshake. Within about 3 minutes I was directed to vehicles that were of interest to me. The car was available for view at that moment. We didn't have to search the lot, as I have recently had to do....Mr. Jones was fully prepared for my arrival. The back/forth with finance was quick and efficient and we came to a compromise quickly. Spoke with finance and viola, I had the car I was in search of. Just a terrific experience from the get go! More
