New car I got a brand new 2016 vehicle instead of a used car. Happy they were able to lower the price of the car note. They lied to my face.. Alexander Garcia called me and lied to me and told me he could take my car as a trade and in the end Im stuck with 2 car payments. I wish I never owned a Hyundai and I certainly wish I never met this awful car salesman who has no regard for ruining someone's life and credit.He took advantage of my situation and I am pissed off. Very Disappointed We were lied to about the price of a vehicle we found listed on their website. I have a recorded conversation between myself and a sales representativ We were lied to about the price of a vehicle we found listed on their website. I have a recorded conversation between myself and a sales representative at Ron Carter Hyundai in which we discussed the price and was assured the price online was the true, final price (not including TTL). After calling and confirming this 2 more times, we made the trip from Northwest Houston and were told the saleswoman I had spoke with was "not available", even though we saw her at her desk within 15 minutes. We were also told that they couldn't find the vehicle anywhere... Even though 45 minutes prior we had spoken with a salesmen while we were on our way, and he confirmed that the vehicle was on the lot and ready for us to test drive. Over all, very dishonest sales tactics. We will not be going back to this dealership in the future. (It also took over 3 weeks and multiple phone calls and text messages with the salesman for us to even get the $300 gift card that is included in every purchase.. (Even though we made it very clear that we did not want the gift card, but would have rather had an additional $300 off of the final sale price). Overall we were just disappointed with the unprofessional sales techniques that were used. More
