Changed my mind When I purchased my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport I was promised a $300 Walmart gift card from my sales associate, Thomas Alvarado, but they did not hav When I purchased my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport I was promised a $300 Walmart gift card from my sales associate, Thomas Alvarado, but they did not have it available at that time. I was told by Thomas that as soon as it came in it would be mailed to me, but two weeks later I did not receive anything in the mail. I texted my sales associate asking about the card and was told to come in an pick one up. I made the 45 minute trip to the dealership and asked for the card only to be turned away again. They people at the Hyundai dealership told me they were out of stock of the Walmart cards. I believe this is what you call the old bait and switch. That a company will promise you something, but when you go to the company they change there minds and they offer is not truly valid. This has made me lose all my trust in the Ron Carter Hyundai dealership and there sales associates. My mother, brother and I were lifelong Hyundai car buyers, but what happened to me this time around I am really rethinking my loyalty to Hyundai and Ron Carter Hyundai in Clear Lake, TX. More
