I enjoyed speaking with Christian K and Kilan Anderson he was my sales person was very attentive and professional. My financial officer Roger was also professional and it was wonderful. Not being pressured, making sure that I was thoroughly satisfied with my purchase. Every small detail was paid attention to and believe me that just enhanced my experience that much more. Kudos to Ron Carter, Kilan and Roger. I would definitely recommend them to all of my colleagues. More

I went this evening ( 3/26/2016) to Ron Carter Hyundai Clear Lake with my family to trade in my 05 Toyota Camry XLE an Can I give lesser than 1 star? I went this evening ( 3/26/2016) to Ron Carter Hyundai Clear Lake with my family to trade in my 05 Toyota Camry XLE and buy a 2016 Hyundai Sonata. I was helped by Mr. Kilan Anderson and below goes the experience: I arrived at 7:25 pm. Gave Mr. Anderson my budget details, my trade in expectations upfront. That is where we started the conversation. He came with me to look at the car started revving it up, checked the AC, under hood etc. Said that it was in pretty fair condition based on its age. After sometime we test drove the Sonata sports and came back in the dealership around 8:55. He went in and got the quote. And to my greatest of surprise the amount I had to shell out of pocket was close to double of my initial budget I gave him. He totally low balled me on the Camry. As if this was not enough I was told if I had to accept their great offer I cannot make use of Hyundai's 0.0% for 60 months promotional offer rather I have to pay 3.9%. Else I have to pay $4k more. Also he did not gave me a copy of the quote since I was not buying the car at that very moment!!! While coming out when I asked for the $25 visa card for the test drive offer he said me that in the fear of getting them stolen the personnel has taken the key and gone home and I can take it if I come back on Monday to buy the car. My question to the management is why go for this bait and switch sell strategy? Why cannot the salesperson be upfront and say it on my face during the first 5 minutes that my offer cannot be accepted. I understand everyone can work on a 20% range but come on, the quote was close to 90% above of what I offered. Honestly felt bad for driving 40 miles, wasting 3 hours and face this terrible experience. Make no mistake I have not written this review for the $25 gift card. Just wanted to make the fellow buyers aware that this might not be the place where they can expect honesty and professionalism. Thanks & regards, Raj More
