VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!!!! The worst dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with. I made an offer on a vehicle and the manager accepted, After spending two hours getting paperwo The worst dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with. I made an offer on a vehicle and the manager accepted, After spending two hours getting paperwork done to travel to Texas and make the purchase, The manager decided that he could NOT hold to his word. He wanted two thousand more than he agreed to, He even tried to bribe me with lower interest rates, that were impossible for him to meet and said he would throw a gift card in also. IF I agreed to give him the $2000.00 more than he originally told me. I tried all day to speak with THE Manager, and he would never answer or return my call. I am totally blown away and disappointed in the way they do business. They claim to treat you as a BEST Friend, I beg to differ! I wouldn't treat my worst enemy the way they have treated me. I had gone as far as the check from my lender in the agreed amount and the insurance cards printed. Mr. Juan had already set up an appointment for me to get the car. I agreed to give them $1000 more than the agreed price being $988.00 less than the list price, Again, I was refused by Mr. Gomez. NEVER in my 50 years have I been so hurt and let down by a sales person. I hope and pray that NO ONE else ever has to experience this kind of action by this dealership or any other one! VERY SAD & DISSAPOINTED!!!!! More
