Finance department is terrible! Everything about buying the car went OK. Sales person (Jarred) was knowledgeable and helpful. I had done all of my research and decided that the Hyund Everything about buying the car went OK. Sales person (Jarred) was knowledgeable and helpful. I had done all of my research and decided that the Hyundai Tucson was the right car for us. The price I negotiated was fair. It was only when we went to the finance department that things went from good to bad. Our finance guy was Kerry Marsh. He never really discussed anything about the offer he was going to give us. He just printed out an agreement. I said what is the APR. He said it was just over 5%. I have excellent credit so I knew this was not a good rate. I also noticed that written on his folder was the words "must get 2 points above rate". He did not ask if I had a down payment or change the term to improve the rate. I asked Kerry 3 times if this was the best rate he could get me. He looked me in the eye and lied each time saying that was the rate that Hyundai offered and could not be changed. I knew Hyundai offered 90 days deferred payment so I took the deal knowing that I could refinance at my credit union for 1.5%. I then complained to the sales manager after the transaction. They took the complaint seriously and cancelled the original finance deal and offered me 3% (coincidence that it was 2% below the original rate!!!!). Therefore I am happy that Ron Carter went out of their way to make it right. The rating I have given is for the dealership as a whole and does not really reflect the terrible service on from the finance department. I will also say that the service department at Ron Carter Hyundai is phenomenal. We have been using them for about 3 years and Brian Hempell has been awesome! Overall good dealership, just go in prepared when dealing with the finance department! More

We had a chance to meet Christian Karamitsos, the General Manager, personally, and he made us feel like family. Alex was great, and I feel that he will go far at Ron Carter dealership . Look for Alex if you want excellent service without a lot of pressure! The finance manager, Kelly, was personable, efficient and handled the money end of the deal without pressure also! More

I haven't bought a new vehicle in over 10 years and they made the process very easy. I felt welcomed and my kids had a nice time, too. My kids were excited to see they offered free hot dogs,video game and popcorn, etc. Having these item there for my kids and myself and husband was very helpful. I would recommend Ron-Carter to a friend or family member. They worked with me and my spouse even though we didn't have perfect credit. I got the car I've always wanted and I am very happy.
