Non-deal experience I was looking for a specific Tuscon model. I live in San Antonio and couldn't find the vehicle I wanted here, so I went to the web and found a vehicl I was looking for a specific Tuscon model. I live in San Antonio and couldn't find the vehicle I wanted here, so I went to the web and found a vehicle at Ron Carter's. I couldn't get to the dealership for a couple of weeks, but I was assured that the vehicle would be "taken off the site" so it would be available when I came over to Houston on January 2. I confirmed my trip via email several times with Renee and again by phone on December 31 and again while in transit on January 2. We traveled to Houston and were about 15 minutes from the dealership when I got a call from David telling me they had just sold that vehicle. They had no others with the Ultimate package on the lot. NO offer to find one for me was made (I did a web search and found at least 25 others in Houston). I had told them that color was not important as it was the Ultimate package that was the need. We turned around and traveled the 3 hours back to San Antonio. I cannot recommend a dealership who drops the ball on a vehicle and doesn't offer to help a potential customer. This whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth. I won't deal with them again. More

Disgusted! They invited me to come test drive, and offered a gift card. I test drove a 2015 Elantra which was priced at $13.8K on their website. When asked for a drive-out price, they quoted $20.2K ($18.8 K + TTL). The Sales Manager, Tony, was extremely rude (called me a liar when I mentioned seeing a $13.8 K price on the web). I was so disgusted that I did not even wait for the gift card. Couldn't,t imagine a car dealer inviting someone to come by and then insult him. I,d never deal with business that mean-spirited. More

The end result was fine that we bought the car but the wait was too long, over 6 hours. The manager is a crook. Advertisement on the website is not reliable. They claim that they will pay $500 more for trade-in car but the first pricing assessment they gave for my car was $500, which is ridiculous. They added on the maintenance package after we rejected the offer. We like the car but will not come back to this dealership. More
