Best dealership experience! I had numerous issues with my previous car, which the service always took care of. I could no long trust the car. I took the car to the sales dept a I had numerous issues with my previous car, which the service always took care of. I could no long trust the car. I took the car to the sales dept and explained my situation. I knew I was upside down on the car. I asked what where my options. The sales team went to work. I was amazed at how fast they where able to come up with some options. The sales team was able to get me into a new car and my keep payments close to my old one. I want to commend both you sales and service departments. This dealer ship is by far the best dearlship I have ever delt with. Ron Carter Hyundai will be the only dealer I deal with from now on. More

It seems like only good reviews are what is to be posted? I said that bullying/questioning my husband's character was made by the General Manager. Car was delivered with sticky stuff on it since someone drove it to the dealership. Price of the MSRP was hiked up due to covering up a "deficit". Taking the survey before being able to receive the promotional gift card was suggested but later after talking to the general manager he came up with the gift cards. Lastly I was asked to give perfect scores on this survey and even a cheat sheet paper to follow when filling it out. I have text messages and voicemail to corroborate my claim as I was asked for a "perfect score" repetitively. More
False Advertising, Illegal sales practices I first called about the truck on 10/21. I talked to Sosa the next day and submitted an offer over the phone. I never heard back. I contacted the dealer on 10/23 again to negotiate a price over the phone because I did not want to travel 3 hours to the dealership if we could not reach an agreement. I submitted $50,900 and I talked to Stephen who said we had a deal. I clarified with him again that $50,900 +TTL would get the deal done and he said yes. I drove down to the dealership on 10-28-15 to test drive the vehicle and purchase it. After an hour wait while they located the truck it was missing items that were on the advertised photos. When we went in to work on the papers they said the lowest they could go was $55,988 + TTL. I told them I wanted to pay at most the advertised price ($52,988) and not any more they said the $3000 Hyundai protection package had to be included and was not optional. At that point I asked to speak to the pre-owned manager Tony and he said the same thing. At that point I walked out of the dealership without completing the sale. More
