First Time Buyer While I feel that Paul did his part in making my experience go smoothly, I was not satisfied with the experience as a whole. I was quoted a price and ensured it was going to be the same when I returned the following day. When I returned, the vehicle I had test driven, decided on and hoped to take home had been sold. The new price for the same vehicle now increased because my gift card (that I only received if I answered a survey with the correct answers) was added into the price of the vehicle. So really my gift card wasn't really a gift at all. Then the staff, excluding Paul, seemed annoyed with us wanting to look over the pricing and take our time in the decision process. This made me feel like we were not important. I was excited to purchase my first new vehicle, but the process was not at all enjoyable. More

Amazing service!!! I never leave comments but these guys deserve it!!! My husband and I do not have the best of credits but these guys worked with us going above and bey I never leave comments but these guys deserve it!!! My husband and I do not have the best of credits but these guys worked with us going above and beyond. We went in to look at a 2008 Ford pickup with only 30,000 miles which were not really fans of Ford but when you are relying on one vehicle most dealerships make you think you cant do any better. Stephen Payne and James Treng never once made us feel like that! We took a day or so to decide after going over monthly payments and finance within our household. I decided to look one more time at there inventory online and found a 2011 Chevy Silverado with the same exact mileage! My husband fell in love because of course he loves Chevy's. Now the price was $8,000 difference and being our credit was not that great we didnt think we could afford it. We went back got with James Teng and we got to a good monthly payment agreement and understand these guys gotta make there profit to. That being said it was only a $50 difference and we took it!!! They actually asked us "ok what can you afford and I can try and make that happen". Well they really do try and worked with us 110% of the way. I would recommend these two guys to anyone!!! They have really great vehicles and work with bad credit to. Ask for Stephen Payne or James Teng cause these guys know how to get the job done!!! Tell them Joana Hernandez sent you so you get the amazing service I received from them to! More
