Jarred was patient and worked with us, which we greatly appreciate. We had to wait for finance for 3.5 hours...which isn't surprising but very annoying. He is also kind and knowledgeable about any questions that I may have and I greatly appreciate that he always gets back to me about them. Alexis, of the financial department, was also kind and knowledgeable. He, too, answered any questions that I had and was great in his explanations. Even the front desk person, Dee Dee, was friendly and kind. Due to these 3 outstanding employees and the exceptional overall experience I encountered at Ron Carter's Hyundai, I have already spoken highly about the dealership to numerous people.
