Best Car Buying Experience Ever I was looking for a late model, low mileage Traverse, Enclave or Acadia to replace my 2008 Outlook. It took a while but the phone rang. A Buick Enclave 2015 with only 6000 miles was available. What a great car and a great price. The wife loves it. Thanks for the call back. If you are looking for a great used car at a great price take the time and head for Ron Carter Clear Lake. There is no junk on this lot. If you are looking for a $3000 junker to drive to work you are in the wrong place. My personal experience: Tasos/Kyle handled my trade in and sale. Great job, highest trade in offer that I received, courteous and speedy. Two minor marks on paint the wife found with a microscope were fixed while we signed our papers. Desmond, probably the best finance guy I have ever dealt with had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. He had two banks on the phone, printer never stopped, all questions answered and the best finance rate I could have hoped for.That is like one signature every 20 seconds. Very professional and friendly, great top quality stock, ZERO pressure, The waiting area is like sitting in a clubhouse. 5 Stars More
customer get the last laugh My wife and I went in to buy a new car 3/7/15 in the evening. After 5 hours we got into financing with a different car then what we were quoted. The finance manager had us sign a blank contract. Now we know you should never do this lesson learned. But back to the story. The finance manager A.T. is his name was trying to get us the best price so he told us to come back monday3/9/15 to finish up the deal. I asked him could I get copys of what we haved sign he informed us that the papers would be mailed to us but reminded us to make sure to come back Monday. So my wife and I left with the car( you should never do this,another lesson learned). We talked it over and decided to return the car Monday so that's what we attemped to do. The same guy who had us sign all those blank papers told us you know what you signed so you can't just leave the car here, so I left the keys on his table and left the dealership. Thanking it was over , my wife come home from lunch Tues to see the car in our driveway of our house. I now call to speak with the GM he proceeded to tell us the the dealership is not a parking lot and the deal is done the car is mine so I asked the dishonest guy to give me copys of everything I signed that and the name of the lender who approved the loan,he tells us the papers are in the mail and Hyundai motors approved us. So I call Hyundai motors to find out that they did not approve the loan,so I call the lies back and tell him that I'm contacting the attorney general and the DMV. He said I could do whatever I wanted to the car was mine and if I don't believed him on the loan I can wait for the payment to show up and then could give the car to the finance company. So it is now Monday 3/16/15 the director of finance calls my wife and tells her that I'm no longer allowed to contact/come to the dealership but she could come get copies of all the paper work. She told me was going but was going to record there conversation ( this is where it get good). This guy tells my wife just between him and her that the deal has not been finalized and they can't find a lender the accept the terms the we signed. We still have not got any paper work from them but not have a little leverage :-). I call the GM back and inform him that I was told that there was deal finalized, he said once again that. I have already told you who you were financed by and the deal was done,he had no idea that I have a recording of a members of the staff on a recording saying something different. It is now Wednesday 3/18/15 the finance manager calls me to come pick up the gift cards I get a purchase of a new car ,I tell him to hold on to the card when I get my paperwork I'll gladly come get it. He hung up the phone. The lying GM calls me the Thursday 3/19/15 to apologized for the problems that we had and that he had fired the guy for over charging us on the car and that is not the kind of dealership he runs (xx). After all the lies the guy has told my wife and I the the deal is done he now has changed his tune. He's now telling us that we can return the car and pick out a better car for lower price. How nice is this man giving us a break. Wanting out of the over priced car I agreed to returned the car. I would never do business with this dealership if you look at all the reviews first the internet prices are false and they do not offer that price for any body. I'm still leaving this reviews to maybe help a person not to fall for what I got myself into. It was xxxx but luckily it worked out in my favor. Went to Baytown Hyundai and got the car we wanted all along for 2500 cheaper and a 100 less a month. If you end up over there ask for Mr Willis and he will get you into something you would like great people More
