WORST Customer Service!!! Wasted my time driving and getting to this dealership to only get a non helpful pushy salesperson. He would not get me the information I asked for an Wasted my time driving and getting to this dealership to only get a non helpful pushy salesperson. He would not get me the information I asked for and would keep pushing for something I was not asking for. Not sure if he was only interested in doing a quick sell and did not care about customer service and actually helping a customer with what they want, or what the deal with him is. He finally offered to get another salesperson to help because he did not want to keep helping and I was not happy with him. He came back after talking to his manager and I was told that I would not be helped and would not be sold a vehicle there. The manager did not even try to talk to me to see what was wrong or why I would want a different salesperson. I have NEVER been treated like this before by any place and CANNOT believe that this type of customer service would be acceptable. I hope the owner or general manager cares enough about their company and will do what is needed in order to prevent such poor and disturbing customer service. More

Car Buying Made Fun! Went down and over from the far West side of Houston to buy a used car. I was taken care of by the big boss man Kyle. He enlisted David Waters Jr. to walk me through the process. I had looked online for particular SUV's but when I got there they had already rolled off the lot. Not to worry though! David Waters Jr. worked long and hard setting me up in the PERFECT SUV! All the time he was just singing away with the great music they had playing in the dealership! Heck, when they detailed my new Jeep Patriot, I slid on over to the TV room and enjoyed some complimentary popcorn and hot dogs! It was a very relaxing non-aggressive experience! After the deal was done I left VERY SATISFIED! Go in and give Kyle a handshake, then ask for David Waters Jr.! Mark my words when you get into that spanking new, or used vehicle, he will have his favorite radio station already tuned in for you! More
